Gaillac Carte Noire – Cuvée du Terroir is a red wine from the AOC Gaillac in South-West France, produced by Maison Johanès Boubée. It offers a deep, dark color with aromas of ripe black fruits, gentle spices, garrigue herbs, and a subtle vanilla touch. On the palate, it is fairly powerful, with firm tannins and a rustic, generous character. 

A pleasant everyday French red, perfect with charcuterie, grilled meats, poultry, lamb, red meat, and cheese. Serve around 16–18°C. It can be enjoyed now and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light.
